How does the airport transfer booking works?

The day before your landing to Nikola Tesla airport, you will receive an Whatsapp message with confirmation and driver’s contact.

If you receive a message but you are not coming to Belgrade (or your flight is changed/rescheduled/cancelled), reply by messaging and letting us know about the exact date and time of your arrival.

If something unexpected happens and you do not get on the plane to Belgrade (non-direct flight with stopovers), you should inform us immediately. Otherwise, transfer will be treated “as completed” and each subsequent transfer will be considered and charged as a new transfer.

As soon as you land at the airport, call your driver who is waiting for you at the airport. The meeting place is always the same as the place where you first met.

The usual check/immigration  time is 40 minutes after landing.

If you manage to pass earlier, please don’t leave Arrival Hall and wait for your driver.

Due to the constructions at the airport and frequent changes, we strongly advise you to arrange pickup and all details with your driver, via Whatsapp.
